Do you collect from home addresses?
Yes. Leaver collections from home addresses are one of our most common jobs. The driver arrives at the agreed time, collects the equipment, and provides a proof of collection. Add any access notes or contact preferences when booking.
Can you handle the outbound and inbound in one job?

What if the employee isn't home at collection time?
The driver will call ahead before arrival. Add a preferred collection window and contact instructions when booking. If a collection fails, we'll rebook at no extra charge.
Can you collect IT equipment other than laptops?
Yes — monitors, docking stations, phones, tablets, servers, and peripherals. Anything that fits in the vehicle and needs careful handling. Select the appropriate vehicle size when booking based on the volume and dimensions.
